Kari Goettsch enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband Curtis and children, Natalie, Bristol and Alex. Kari was first introduced to hunting by her father Gary Leopold, however she never participated until she met Curtis. In fact, after a long spring season of chasing wild turkeys, she finally killed her first longbeard. Shortly after that successful hunt Curtis asked Kari to be his wife. Kari’s success continued the following fall when she killed her first archery buck, an Iowa giant, eight-point buck that scored 146 3/8 P&Y.
